Super green shrimp curry

Yep. That’s what we had.

It’s a variation on the recipe I made here, I just switched out asparagus and tofu for sugar snap peas and shrimp. It could’ve used more shrimp. Here it is with rice:

It could also have used more calories or something. I’m still hungry. LUCKILY, Matt got some ice cream while I was at work. So, yeah. That’s next. Then, the Wash Palace. That’s right. Our Laundromat is actually a palace.
